Pocono, Pa.; Camden, Williamstown, Atco, Absecon, Asbury Park, and Gloucester Co., N.J.; Westkill, Echo Notch, and Lebanon Springs, N.Y.; West Quincy, West Roxbury, Milton, and Berkshire Co., Mass.; Middletown, R.I.; Mt.
